WEEKLY MEETINGS - We meet every second Thursday at 8am AEDT for up to 90 minutes over Zoom and these sessions include experiential learning and group discussion facilitated by a Master Coach and Mentor, Bernadette McClelland.
MONTHLY FIRESIDE CHATS - Each month we’ll also meet for the sole purpose of sharing - learnings, wisdom and experiences. These are like campfire conversations and designed to be a safe space to help you go further, faster and by bringing more joy to your role.
DAILY CONNECTIONS - You will have a secure and private Facebook Group specific to your intimate cohort where you will upload your homework, share ideas and support each other moving forward.
TOOLS AND RESOURCES - Each week you'll be given new templates, worksheets, slide decks and models to improve on your 360 assessment to reference and leverage with your team.
